What currently prevents them from implementing sustainability measures? What solutions/ models/ best practises do already exist/ are working and can inspire? (How) could those models work in the different cities? Who/ what could be a driver for such projects/practices? What are the first steps to more sustainability? - Affordability, checklist, next steps (Inspiration -> Assembling -> Action Plan)
