Masterplan revised: New focus areas for ICT, media and creative industries

The ICT, Media and Creative Industries Cluster Berlin-Brandenburg comprises around 52,000 companies with almost 290,000 employees and an annual turnover of around 33 billion euros.

"Today's innovations are tomorrow's growth for the German capital region Berlin Brandenburg. Many innovations take place in the strong economic clusters. However, networking between the clusters and sectors is also becoming increasingly important. It is often at the interfaces between different disciplines that the most exciting developments emerge. This also applies to the transnational ICT, media and creative industries cluster. The cluster's new master plan identifies fields of innovation in which the cluster companies have particular opportunities for growth."
